1. Browse through our site and select the products you wish to order.

2. Make a note of the product, the size you require and it's colour.

3. Have your preferred payment method ready, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta

4. Call 020 83 99 77 00 and make your order.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by carrier. Deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm with all parcels requiring a signature. All deliveries are made to the card holders address only.

When the parcel arrives it will have to be signed for. If you are not available when the parcel arrives it  will taken back to your nearest delivery centre or sorting office. You can then arrange to have it re-delivered at a convenient time or collect it personally. The person who delivered your parcel  will leave you a card telling you what to do next.  If the parcel is taken back to the delivery office you will have seven days in which to collect it. If the parcel is not collected after seven days it will be returned to us.

Skis By Mail Order 

Ski and bindings are only ever sent unfitted. We will not mount bindings by boot sole lengths, so please don't ask.

Returns

In case the goods sent to you prove to be unsuitable they can be returned for a refund. All we ask is that the goods are sent back to us by a traceable and insured delivery route (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery) within 7 days of receipt. We also insist that the items sent back are complete with all the manufacturers and our own labeling, original packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds will be made upon the receipt of the goods and by the method originally transacted. If replacement goods are sent out in exchange we may make an additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
