Where Do You Deliver Too?

Skis, Ski Boots, Ski Poles, Solid Ski Tubes & Week-end Bags can only be delivered at the standard delivery price to Mainland UK - EXCLUDING Post codes AB. KW. IV. PH. We are happy to deliver to other UK destinations and Worldwide - Please email us for a quote.

Are you able to provide advice on what ski equipment I need?

Yes, we’re avid skiers ourselves and have a vast knowledge on all our skiing products. We can even advise you on good locations to ski if you’re planning your first trip.

If I order today when will I get my goods?

We try to ship within 24 hours. (Tuesday if ordered on Fri/Sat/Sun). We will use the quickest service for your area.

Can I track my order?

Tracking of your item will be dependant on what method we use to send it out. Smaller Items sent Royal Mail will not be able to be tracked, however, items sent via courier will have a tracking number.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

You should allow at least 3 working days from the date your order is dispatched for your order to arrive. If you haven't received your order within the specified time feel free to call the store on 0208 399 7700

I see theres a sale page on your website. Will these items be available in-store as well?

No you will not find any of the sale items on the website in-store. These are web only offers.

Do you use re-cycled packaging?

Wherever possible.

Can you recommend a good dry ski slope in the area?

Yes, Our personal favourite is the Christ’s College Ski Club 01483 504988, who can also provide lessons if required.

Do you stock all the items listed on your website?

We try our best to keep our website up to date and our products in stock. We will always notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order.

How long have you been trading for?

Europa Ski Lodge has been trading for nearly 40 years. We’re still as dedicated in providing an excellent service as the first day we opened.

Do you have anywhere I can physically see the products?

Yes, we have a dedicated ski shop located in Surrey and it’s the place we started our business. If you have the time why not pop along and see us! See: How To Find Us.

Are your shop prices the same as on your website?

Prices could vary if there is a service involved. Most things that involve a fitting process ie Skis, Boots, Insoles.

Do you have a late night?

Yes. Thursday until 7.30pm from November to March– (Please note for boot fitting, please turn up 1.5 hours before closing).

Are you open on Sundays?

Yes from November to March but closed on Mondays. Visit our contact us page for full details on opening hours.
